J.W. Lucado D.V.M. 
J.W. Lucado D.V.M. graduated in 1983 from the University of Florida, School of
veterinary medicine. He is a skilled and experienced equine, feline, and canine
veterinarian specializing in orthopedics such as fracture repair and
reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Lucado maintains an active role in the community
volunteering his services in horse race events, such as the Little Everglades
Steeplechase. He also works as a relief veterinarian for other clinics in Pasco
and Pinellas County. Dr. Lucado is the primary doctor for Cat Crusaders and Cocker Rescue.
He is an active member of the American Veterinary
Medical Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association, and American
Association of Equine Practitioners. In his free time Dr. Lucado enjoys playing
tennis and spending time with his animals, which include one Welch Corgi, two
llamas, a bearded dragon, one horse and four cats. |
